In-Home Delivery

This item due to its large size and heavy weight is delivered via our In-Home Delivery service. Most shipments arrive within 7-10 business days of leaving the warehouse. The delivery company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Someone must be present to accept delivery. In-Home deliveries are typically made between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, normally within a 4 hour time window. Our standard In-Home delivery service consists of placing the item through the first threshold of your home (ex. front door) assuming no access issues. Please plan ahead for delivery as the delivery company provides for placement of the item only and not for assembly of the item. Additional charges may apply for special delivery options such as for difficult to access thresholds, up/ down sets of stairs, etc.

For our In-Home Delivery method, the delivery area generally needs to be accessible by a tractor trailer truck that is 45 feet long and 14 feet high. Additional charges may apply for difficult to access areas or, in some cases, delivery may not even be possible.

At time of delivery, please carefully inspect your shipment thoroughly. If a box is torn, dented, ripped, punctured or damaged in anyway, please sign the delivery confirmation by clearly noting the damage. This will aid in filing a claim against the delivery company, if necessary. If you are unable to fully inspect your shipment at time of delivery, please note "Subject to Further Inspection" on the delivery confirmation in the event it is necessary to file a concealed damage claim. If your inspection uncovers that an item is visibly damaged but you believe the damage to be minor and can be fixed with a replacement part, please accept delivery of the item. However, if you discover that an item has sustained major damage and is visibly damaged beyond repair, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If your order consists of several cartons, please accept delivery of the undamaged items and refuse only the damaged ones.

Stern Pinball
Stern Pinball, Inc. designs and manufactures arcade-quality pinball games. It is the only maker of arcade-quality pinball games in the world and is located just outside Chicago, Illinois. The company traces its lineage to Philadelphia in the 1930's when Sam Stern got into the business of operating pinball games. In 1947, Sam became became part owner of Williams Manufacturing Company in Chicago. Through the 50's and 60's, he and Harry Williams worked tirelessly to build Williams into one of the leaders in the burgeoning pinball industry. Sam passed his passion for pinball on to his son, Gary, who as a child played in empty game boxes on the factory floor at Williams. Gary was only 16 years old in the 1960's when he started working for his father in the stock room at Williams. The late 70's and early 80's saw the emergence of coin-operated video games. As the coin-op market evolved, other companies acquired many of the existing pinball companies. In 1986, after the death of his father, Gary founded Data East Pinball, which was purchased by Sega in 1994 and became Sega Pinball. In 1999, Gary bought the business back from Sega and renamed it Stern Pinball, Inc. Less than a month later, Williams announced plans to cease pinball production in order to focus on the slot machine business. Through the first decade of the new millennium, Stern Pinball has continued to carry the pinball banner and promote the game throughout the world. The company has released many popular games, including Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Shrek, Batman, Spiderman, the Simpsons Pinball Party and many more. Its games continue to be enjoyed by both pinball enthusiasts and casual players around the world.
